NICKEL PTFE COMPOSITE ELECTROLESS NICKEL COATINGS
EL COATINGCombines the hardness and uniformity of electroless nickel coating with the lubricity and anti-stick properties of PTFE. The uniform composite of this electroless plating process combined with PTFE particles provides low friction and good release properties. The PTFE content can be modified between 5 – 35% depending on application requirements.

NICKEL BORON ELECTROLESS NICKEL
Boron system primarily for all types of electronic applications. The deposit provides high electrical conductivity, exhibits low contact resistance and shows some good “as plated” hardness and wear resistance. This deposit also finds a variety of uses in solderability applications due to the extended shelf life solderability obtained. This coating can replace gold in some specific applications.
STRIKE ELECTROLESS NICKEL COATING
Room temperature strike bath for zincated aluminum prior to electrolytic or electroless plating. Using a strike produces excellent adhesion and can extend the bath life of subsequent plating solutions.
