Wire, Nylon, Ceramic & AO (aluminum oxide) brushes are an excellent choice for the removal of rust and oxidations, paint, slag, weld splatter and other unwanted surface contaminants with angle grinders, bench grinders or drills and are perfect for aircraft refinishing.
Wire Brushes
Perfect for aggressive removal of rust, paint, dust and burrs from surfaces such as metals and wood, and can also be used to level weld spatter. The larger size is suitable for large areas of fast work, and the smaller size allows for tight spaces and fine work.
Nylon
Suitable for cleaning and descaling in different industries, like steel parts, machinery, unfinished metal parts, welding slag, cleaning the gaps in door frames, sliding doors, floor tiles and won’t damaging the surface or fine features.
Ceramic
Cooler-cutting and more durable than natural aluminum-based products, ceramic provides a sharp, high-purity grain. Commonly used for precision grinding of steels, hard alloys and exotic materials.
AO (Aluminum Oxide)
More flexible than with conventional interior brushes. Interior brushes with abrasive filaments are usually used for deburring bores, cross bores, o-ring recesses and for polishing and cleaning small bores. Due to the flexible surface of the bristles the interior brushes suit to the contour of the bore and areas which are hard to reach can be treated. Abrasive bristles also have grinding effects on the side. That allows a rounding of the edges also on cross bores.
